[Forum] Cache Issue 4.2.4

Fresh install of 4.2.4 with no plugins or code modifications.

The site is displaying a cached version, when i "ctrl F5" it refreshes to a current version of the site however when i select another page or browser refresh it reverts to the previous cached page.

I've selected "Add No-Cache HTTP Headers" in options. My host has also done a php cache refresh server side.

No issues with .htaccess in parent directory.

Cant solve the issue however.

Any ideas?

Some sort of server-side caching going on here.
Your host should be able to advise.
