Does Forum Runner work on vB 4.2.3?

I'm trying to install it, but it looks like it's off (it has strikethrough font ). I've registered with forumrunner.net and imported ./forumrunner/product-forumrunner.xml but no result. What's wrong?

Update. It was disabled. I've enabled it, but it immeditly broke the forum. I've got PHP errors, javascript errors and broken design. These are errors I'm getting when Forum Runner is on:

What's wrong? Is there any worth to use it these days?

Forum runner is built into 4.2.3.
Please put back the forum runner files from the 4.2.3 download package.

I didn't upload any files except product-forumrunner.xml. This file I've imported. I've double checked, all other files remain the same, they have modification date of the forum installation, not today. Nevertheless It doesn't work when I enable it.

Do I need uninstall product-forumrunner.xml?

I've got this file from the Forum Runner website. This website is outdated and shows a lot of incorrect info. But the most interesting thing is that although Forum Runner is disabled in vB admincp it is working in iPhone Forum Runner application. Bugs are everywhere.
