Import Posts from old database to new database! I will pay for help!

I have a new DB and I want to have my posts from my old DB to the new one.
Just posts and pms!

I don't know how to do this... I found IMPEX, but I am too dumb to use this.
Maybe someone can help me and load the old posts to the new DB?

I will pay 50€ in paypal or Bitcoin if someone can make it.
