upload file attachment stop after 25%

Hi, I use vb suite 4.2.3 patch level 2:
in Message Attachment Options=>I use ajax or flash my pics uploaded work fine.
But if I try upload a zip or a rar {~10megas) with flash ou ajax my up stop when statut bar is on 25%
a idea my problem?
I think (perhaps) is a problem in my php.ini but I don't where, thx very much

What's your upload_max_filesize value in PHP (will show in phpinfo)?

Hi, sorry for delay but I crashed my computer .
Finaly I upgraded to vb4.2.4 and still same problem.
so if I upload with ajax my upload stop after 50% same with file size is 3megas.
if I upload with flash and this appear

my php.ini :
max_execution_time is on 120
memory_limt 256M
post_max_size 48M
upload_max_filesize 40M

if I put asset manager off this appear when I try upload

ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

I uploaded a file test in maintenance=>diagnostics and all is clear
I use ISP config3.1 and I can choice between php 7.1 and 5.6.30-0+deb8u1 and same problem, thx for help

Your server is timing out somewhere and resetting the connection. You'll need to contact your host. Could be the web server application, some security tool they have installed, MySQL, anything.
