  • CMS and blog is not styled like the rest of my site

Hi, for years I've used vbadvanced, but when I upgraded to 4.2.3 it stopped working, so I uninstalled. My thought was to use the CMS and blogs to replace the functionality I had with vBadvanced.

    I have two problems.

First, for some reason I can't get either CMS or Blogs to show on my top navigation. This might be due to having someone create a style for me when I first moved to 4.x. Any clue as to what I need to do to get those on the top navigation?

Second, related to that same style, the CMS pages and blogs don't match the style of the rest of my site. I went into style manager CCS editor and couldn't find what I needed to update for these.

    http://www.BroncosForums.com/forums shows my general style
    http://www.broncosforums.com/forums/content.php shows my style problem.

Can you give me any pointers on the area I need to edit to get to adjust my CMS and Blog colors to match the rest of my site?

Your forums requires registration to view. I'm sure support would appreciate it if you included a test account for people to see in order for them to help you. Or open that section of the board to public.

    Just some friendly advice,
    Enjoy,
    William

Did you look into this ?

There is absolutely no reason at all why vbadvanced would stop working on 4.2.3, and people still run it.

Baby, I was born this way

No, since it was 2am, I gave up and uninstalled it. I might try reinstalling (if I can find all my files). Everything was working but for the home page, which was the vbadvanced page.

Before I try and reinstall, is there a better option for a home page to contain a preview of the most recent posts from selected forums, maybe have some links or other HTML content, like a twitter feed, some ads, etc.?
