Problem upgrading to 4.2.x

Hello chaps,
I am currently running vBulletin version 4.1.12 Patch Level 4

I was trying to upgrade to 4.2.0 or later releases

But when I upgraded to 4.2.0 and then clicked on New Posts I get:

Database error in vBulletin 4.1.8:

Invalid SQL:

SELECT *
FROM navigation
WHERE state & 4 = 0
ORDER BY navtype, displayorder;

MySQL Error : Table 'britmovie_co_uk_vb4.navigation' doesn't exist

What's going wrong?

I notice that it says "Database error in vBulletin 4.1.8" when I'm on 4.1.12

I have reverted to 4.1.12 and the SQL error no longer appears

You need to upload ALL the files from the download package. Note that you need to download the FULL 4.2.3 package, not the patch release (do not upgrade to 4.2.0, it is not current and has unpatched security issues).

Then you need to run the upgrade script.

But where do I download ALL the files from the download package from? I can only see where to download patch releases

The page at https://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/upgrade doesn't seem to tell me where to download it from
