Strange look after moving the database to a different database-server

If you look at the picture below, you will see that some phrases are missing. This is shown after I moved the database to a new db-server. However, if I connect it to the old db-server with an identical database, everything is fine. I already used the tools.php to rebuild the caches for the datastore, but without any success.
Whats wrong?

It appears that your phrase table didn't transfer properly. It will need to be moved over again.

Perhaps it's sufficient to upload the install directory and run upgrade.php to import the xml files again...

But if I remember correct it's a problem with the database not using the same charset in either the server or database settings or both.

Possibly. He wouldn't recover his custom phrases that way though.

thanks for your answers. I will check the collation of the db´s and the servers. After this I copy the phrases again.

BTW: Running the upgrade-script again, caused problems without end. The upgrade-script stopped working in the module 364, without any error-message.

If you are on vb4 then you should not be running any vb3 upgrade scripts, if you are, something is very wrong.
