Guests searching forum

Normally, guests to the forum browse the forum but can't send PMs, can't post replies, etc. But I've noticed that a guest can use the forum search function. I suspect that bots/spiders can't do that because once they select the search feature, a phrase has to be entered for searching. So, it would appear that other humans can use this feature.

I'd like to turn this off so that only members have the benefit of searching through the forum. I've looked but haven't found where that can be changed. Can someone point me in the right direction?

You can adjust permissions under Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager and Usergroups -> Forum Permissions. Guests are considered to be in the Unregistered / Not Logged In Usergroup.
