Double Post doesn't work

I set up the double post merging, and I set the check limit to 60, and it doesn't work at all. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong here?

It doesn't work on administrators by default. You have to set each individual usergroup in AdminCP / Usergroups / (Usergroup) Post / Thread Permissions
