500 error after move vbulletin forum

Hello guys,

I moved my vbulletin forum to another hosting and upgraded from 4.2.1 to 4.2.3...
Actually it looks it is working but i often face below problem..
My current php 5.6.16
My website 5nnnnn1k.com
