  • [Forum] IP ban. Can it allow viewing?

I think the answer to this is "no" but is there a way, when banning IP addresses or ranges, to allow banned IPs to view the forums, just not login and participate? I'm talking about the IP ban section in the forum options, not individual banning. I have to ban IP address ranges and, as it says in the description, we're likely to block some innocents by doing that and it would work better for me if those IP bans didn't block total access so people could read if they wanted to, just not anything else. Can anyone think of a better way to do it than using the total block all access option in the User Banning options section?

Yea, that's what I expected unfortunately. Thanks for the input.
