  • [Forum] revoke thread/post editing for one user

Is there a way to revoke editing for a single user.

The only way I can think is to create another group based on 'registered' and remove the privilege, then add as 'additional' against said member.

I thought I'd have a look into this and noticed something. I set Delete/Edit of own posts to 'no' and this made no difference. I then set the time allowed to 5 mins and the edit option was removed immediately, that's not right is it?

You set Delete/Edit of own posts to No in the Usergroup Manager? Did you perhaps have custom permissions for the usergroup in Forum Permissions > find forum > edit usergroup ?

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.
