I have changed the thread link and automaticky changes the subdomain link color to. Any chance to change just the subdomain link color?

Give this a try.

Change the color to your desired color.

body a:hover, body a:hover .time, body a:hover .shade, body a:hover .understate {
    color: #000000;
}

Looks like you don't know, but for future reference, when someone posts CSS and doesn't say where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

Simply edit the link_color and link_hover_color style variables.

Yes but it changes the thread link color to. I want just the sub-forum color to be changed.

I haven't tested this but try adding the following to additional.css:

.subforum a {
color: COLOR-VALUE;
}
