  • [CMS] No one can see the front page (CMS) even though permission settings are right

    Hi!

Registered members or guests cannot view the "The Front Page". I have set the permissions right, as instructions here: https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/cont...Files-28PDF-29
and I have published the articles as instructions. What have I missed?

Attached is picture of my settings in the Admin CP of CMS permissions and my front page.

Double check the permissions at AdminCP > vBulletin CMS > Permissions.

I had this problem when I first set the CMS up, it took a bit of fiddling about to make sure ordinary users could see it.

Also, click to edit the section on the front of your CMS and make sure Show on Section Widget is set to Yes.

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

          See, Lynne's cleverer than me.

          Glad you got it sorted.

widgetinstance 262 (Related Topics) skipped due to lack of content & hide_module_if_empty option.
