[CMS] Moving a forum and its posts to a different website

Say for example, I wanted to move "vBulletin 4 Questions, Problems and Troubleshooting" and all of its posts/threads to a forum on a different website.. Is that doable via vBulletin or should I be posting on MySQL forums?

You would need to actually make a database backup, move it to the other site, and then delete all the stuff you didn't want. There is no way to just import a forum/threads from the database.
