Yes, I had to manually delete the .frm file and it worked.

If I have other _temp tables hanging around the DB should I just delete them?

It is a temporary table used to aggregated view counts every hour. It should be deleted when the system is finished using it. Have your hosting provider delete the table if you cannot do it in phpMyAdmin. They may be able to do it just by deleting its corrupted files.

I can't drop it or repair it. phpMyAdmin just throws an error;

"#1051 - Unknown table 'taggregate_temp_1414911360'"

Any ideas? What is this table? Where did it come from?

You should be able to drop this table using whatever tool your hosting provider offers to manage databases. The most common is phpMyAdmin. Here is a tutorial:

I have been getting this same error for a couple of weeks at what seems to be random. I have no idea whats causing it and by the time I go into phpMyAdmin, the table seems to be deleted. Any ideas?
