  • Editor not showing up

    Hi,
    user complained about now 7 days that the editors not showing up when they would open a thread or reply.

    In the last 2 weeks I didn't make any changes on VB Settings or Plugins.

    I already updated the theme from pureVB and also disabled all plugins but doesn't fix the problem. The Problem occurs too when I create a new style.

    Default is the WYSIWYG editor.

    Mozilla Firefox users don't see any editor.
    Chrome users see just the text editor.

    Can anyone help me to fix the problem?

    The problem is only with this one user? Have you asked for his login and seen if you see the same issue?

    Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

    If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

        I cannot see the image you posted.

        Do you already have this line in your config.php file?
        PHP Code:
        define('SKIP_DS_ERRORS'true);
        Do you have a test user that we can login with to see the problem? Please make sure plugins are disabled and the totally default style you created is selectable.

            I had a similar problem when I updated from 4.2.2 pl1 to pl2 but only with my custom theme. Try changing to the standard editor, that's what worked for me and I changed all the users editors with a mysql query

              I have activated the standard editor and tried the VBulletin standard Theme but the problem still occurs.
