Thanks, I was able to figure it out. Like an idiot, I also uploaded the new config.php to the live forum. I just uploaded the correct config.php and it pointed to the correct database and brought my live forum back.

Being election day, this WILL be a busy day, so I was freaking out!!! haha

    Thanks again.

Can you access AdminCP? If so, go to Plugins and Products > Manage Products and disable any product there then re-enable it - this should rebuild the datastore cache

    I need Help

I was working on testing 4.20 and I accidentally uploaded the install.php to my live forum. I did not try to run the install. I noticed that I put it in the wrong directory and deleted it.

Now, I get the following message when I go to my forums.
vBulletin datastore error caused by one or more of the following:
    1. You may have uploaded vBulletin files without also running the vBulletin
upgrade script. If you have not run the upgrade script, do so now.
    2. The datastore cache may have been corrupted. Run Rebuild Bitfields
from tools.php, which you can upload from the do_not_upload
      folder of the vBulletin package.

    Fatal
    error:
vBulletin datastore cache incomplete or corrupt in
    [path]/includes/init.php on line 252
I tried step 2, but it tells me to put the tools.php in the admincp/install directory.

I got it. Like an idiot, I also uploaded the new config.php to the live forum.

    Whew!!!
