    It is in the /install/ folder. The same folder as install.php.

    First make a database backup.

    Then overwrite all files.

    Then run upgrade.php - not install.php. install.php needs to be deleted.

    i just d/l vb4.2.0 so i over right all of vb4.1.9 then run the install.php

    Step 1 is ALWAYS make a database backup before attempting to upgrade. That is really the only way to be safe.
