Well, that statistic is correct so. If you dont want to show active users you can turn this off in AdminCP -> Settings -> Options -> Forum Home: Options

Well being that i have 11 users, 1 admin, 2 registered users (who have both been active), and 8 users in moderation... I must respectfully disagree ... that statistic is not correct. Unless vBulletin defines the words Members and Active Members as something wildly different than my definition. So I wonder if you could come up with another possible reason why it says I have 1 Member and 1 Active Member? And also a way to fix it to make it accurate would be nice. Thank you so much.

Did you check the options I wrote about?

Yes i have checked multiple times and i have not found an option in Forum Home: Options which makes the What's Going On section completely fail to count any members except for one. Though honestly I never expected vBulletin to have such an option that I should be searching for, considering that an option to fail to count Members completely doesn't make very much sense.

You might need to check each usergroup in usergroup manager; there is an option in each usergroup edit page where you 'tick off' a box as to whether to show the group in the memberlist. Only thing I can think of besides what vB Support suggested =\
