[Forum] Unable to Upload Images

Hi,
Since yesterday my members are no longer to upload Images via the Quick Editor, Even going Advanced and Manage Uploads Fails, Yet if i use Quick Editor and then Click Basic Uploader it will upload the Image,

All this is for Uploading Via Computer , i havent tried the URL side,

Every time the Upload fails i get a Red Marker and if i scroll over it , it shows "Undefined"..

I am hearing other VB Forums are sharing a similar problem, But i just tried it Here and the Quick Editor will upload OK..

My Forum is http://internationalchristineclub.net/forum.php and am running

Version 4.1.10

Is this a VB Issue you are dealing with, Or is there a simple Fix someone can walk me through..

Did you upgrade to firefox 15? The rumor is that their new XSS level browser detection is way to high and catching lots of false positives.

I havent Upgraded to anything in 6 months,
My Members can upload from Photobucket i have just been informed, Th Problem is solely with "Upload from Computer", I cannot understand why it would work with Basic Uploader But the Quick Editor and AdVanced Manage just Crash.
I did Optimise / Repair Attachment just now on the AdminCP Tables and Cleared Cache, But still no joy uploading. I use Google Chrome and have asked my members to comment if they do Not have the problem with a different browser.

As i can Upload Images here it cannot be my browser Or computer Block, It has to be the Forum Or a possible Bug with

Version 4.1.10

I just logged in to our Test Forum which hasnt been logged in to for Months and actually Not used in 6 months, That too has the exact problem, And that too is 4.1.10 .

I had the Test Forum made when we upgraded to 4.1.10 and was a Database Mirror at that time. Although it is on the same ftp.

Someone suggested the forum may have hit a attachment Limit, But as i can still use the Basic Uploader then i cant see that as a possible solution..

What browser are you using? Does this happen in all browsers?

I am Using Google Chrome but have also tried Mozilla Firefox AND Internet Explorer and AOL.. All have the Same Problem.

As the Test Forum has the Same Problem i can only assume it is either a 4.1.10 Problem or our Database Host. I have tried everything i can think of in AdminCP including Optimise / Repair Attachemnt Table and also tried Rebuild Attachment Thumbnails via General Update Tools..

Also Cleared the Cache about 5 times now..
