[Forum] Visitor message button

I have upgraded my forum to 4.2.0 but it seems I cannot activate the visitor message. I have changed all possible settings to make this option active. But still in the profile page there is no Visitor message tab visible.

Someone please help.

Yah in my profile it is set to registered members only. But seems something wrong as still i cannot see it.
