[Forum] Shifted to new URL

I uploaded all my vb files and database to a new URL and also changed the URL details in ADMINCP - Site Name / URL / Contact Details
Also changed the bburl stuff from the database via phpmyadmin.

But now my problem is when I use www.newurl.com it gives me a error

Also updated URL in member's area of vb license

If I try www.newurl.com/forum.php it gives me error

Warning: require_once(/vb.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/includes/class_bootstrap_framework.php on line 99

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/vb.p
