[Forum] Forum URL Issues - Standard and SEO ones mixed in, help :)

I'm having a weird issue, I just upgraded from VB3 with VBSEO to VB4. Last I checked, I have VBSEO turned off since I upgraded but somehow, half of the urls on my site (forums and threads) are showing seo friendly while others are showing as showthread:

any advice on how to make them all show like above?

I try the other menus including advanced urls but it breaks my sub-forum and thread pages leading to 404s. I'm out of ideas.

VBSEO was still engaged even though it was disabled in my Admin Cp
