Could i get something like http://sendgrid.com, does vBulletin give me the option to change my outgoing email server?

vBulletin simply uses php mail() or whatever SMTP settings you provide in admincp. If sendgrid supports hooking in to php mail() or can work with SMTP then yes. Or you'll need custom coding.
