Which variable controls the Attached Thumbnails text?

Looks like it's attached_thumbnails, but I'm not seeing it the Style Variable Editor.

Is this going to require adding CSS to the additional.css template or am I missing something?

You have to edit the phrase from there. It has no relation with style variable editor.

I want to change the text's color.

Not everything has, or needs a style variable.
