Invalid URL error message when trying to login

Add the URL to the Redirect Whitelist on the Site Name /URL / Contact Details page.

If you are using www.mywebsite.com, you should redirect mywebsite.com to www.mywebsite.com.

If your web server supports mod_rewrite, adding the following to an .htaccess file should accomplish this:

Regarding my FIRST issue

Before my settings were :Forum URL as http://www.mywebsite.com and Redirect Domain Whitelist is left BLANK
After you advice,settings changed : Forum URL as http://www.mywebsite.com and Redirect Domain Whitelist is also http://www.mywebsite.com

Still am getting error as Invalid URL ( BUT I am getting nvalid URL only few times but NOT always-Both before and after above changes)
Shall i ignore it or shall i correct it, I don't know what all users are experiencing)

Regarding SECOND issue , Now it is working in IE browser even though i have not changed anything

Please look more closely at the URL in the error. Make sure that it is entered into the redirect list exactly, including any http://

Yes am entering in Redirect list including http://
Currently my Forum URL is http://www.mywebsite.com and Redirect Domain Whitelist is also http://www.mywebsite.com

Just now i tried to login with some user name and got an error as Invalid Redirect URL (http://mywebsite.com/) HERE There is NO WWW
So you mean i should enter my Forum URL as http://www.mywebsite.com and Redirect Domain Whitelist is as http://mywebsite.com

If the error doesn't have www. then you need to enter it in without the www. It needs to be entered in the Redirect Whitelist exactly as it appears in the error.

Ok i did that and right now am not getting any errors. I have entered my Redirect whitelist without WWW bcz my error do not show WWW

so right now my Forum URL is http://www.mywebsite.com and Redirect Domain Whitelist is as http://mywebsite.com
