Comma for Last Post and Most Recent Message

That is the date format, and its format is set in the AdminCP > LAnguage & Phrases > Language Manager > Edit Language -
I remember that when I wanted to add a comma between the date and time under Last Active, I was told to edit the memberinfo_block_ministats template, so I'm assuming to get a comma in the areas shown in my OP here, I just need to edit some templates, which are probably also under the Member Info. template category.
Here's the thread where I received that answer for the profile sidebar.Former vBulletin userComment

Did you take a look at the template? To find the template to modify, do this - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code. (Sometimes the template is the one mentioned at the very top of the page source.)
Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

I still do have a question, though, regarding the Statistic area of the Information tab. I noticed that if a user has one or more user notes, it looks like this:
User Notes
Total User Notes:
Most Recent User Note:
User Notes for [User]
Post a User Note

Post a User Note
Visitor Messages
Total Visitor Messages:
Most Recent Message:

You would need to edit the code to change the way it displays. That is something you can ask about over on vbulletin.org, the modification site.
