    [Forum] Logo and link problem

    Hi all,

    Bit of a strange problem here, after editing the link from the logo to goto the forums main page instead of the homepage, the link box has moved!
    I'm assuming it's css as if you hover over my logo you don't get the link..

    If you hover over the TOP of the logo the link hover activates.
    It's as if the hover location has been moved

    Anyone have any ideas to what I can do to fix this?

    Many thanks in advance

    I don't think the hover location has moved, it seems to be that the main banner image is overlapping the other image, or atleast overlapping the hover part.

    Not sure how to fix it, but one suggestion is why not just add the D.O.D image to the main banner image and make it one then the whole banner can be clicked.

      Hi Gamer,

      Well.......
      This was one of the probs why I had to edit it all again

      I created a banner with my logo on there which was 'clickable'. That way it got rid of the logo being fixed on the left side - as it was slightly too far to the left and also made the banner/logo a complete all in one thing.
      However, a problem was brought to my attention and only today - several days after I made the banner; people with smaller resolutions were missing the logo as the edge bleed didn't allow for it. Natually it's a fluid design, but the logo definitely wasn't showing..

      So the only way for me to get it back to 'normal' was by reverting to the save file I had here which I created before editing it.

      Since putting it back, I am faced with this problem. I mean it's not huge, but I'm quite fussy and well, people click on images for links not above them.....
      Initially I said it is likely to be a CSS fault, but on reflection I believe it's related to the <div> tags, I'm thinking the div is not in the correct place.

      I'm ok with HTML but it seems [to me at least] that editing the templates is not as straight forward as that.
      I really think it's a div problem and have tried moving the content within the div tags and of course, the logo IS moving but not where I would like it to be.
      Right now it is exactly where I would like it to be and the right size, but the active on hover link is above the image!

      Here is my code if anyone can see something missing;

      Code:
      <div id="blueWrap">
       <div id="blueRight">
        <div id="blueLeft">
         <div id="newnav">

      <vb:if condition="$stylevar['titleimage']"><div><a name="top" href="{vb:link forumhome}" class="logo-image"><img src="{vb:stylevar titleimage}" alt="{vb:rawphrase x_powered_by_vbulletin, {vb:raw vboptions.bbtitle}}" /></a></div></vb:if>

           <div id="toplinks" class="toplinks"  style="padding-right: 50px;">
              <vb:if condition="$show['member']">

      **edit**
      Nice site BTW mate.
