[Forum] How did a thread get posted in a closed forum?

I have a forum on my board that has the "Forum is Open" option set to "No". This forum acts as a parent to sub-forums which are open. This morning when I looked at my site there was a thread, posted by a brand new member, in that closed forum. I tried and I as Admin can't even post a new thread in that section.

How could this have happened? Is it something I should be concerned about regarding security?

Check Forum Permissions, maybe it changed by mistake or whatever reason
AdminCP > Forums & Moderators >> Forum Permissions

Thanks Merjawy, I've looked into the issue a little and did some checks. It seems that even though a new thread cannot be started in that section, it is possible to move a thread to that forum section. Hence, I assume that one of our Moderators mistakenly moved the thread to that section over night.
