I have been running Vbulletin for two years and never upgraded the software is it possible to pay to have Vbulletin do this for me, I know almost nothing about the software or host site.

Yes, in the customer area you can apply and pay for the upgrade.
They are upgrading only the standard vB forum/Suite, modifications' upgrades will be your responsibility.
