[Forum] Batch change usergroup

I have a lot of members (945) who never confirmed their registration in the 'users awaiting email confirmation' group. Is there any way to move all these people to 'registered members' without doing it one by one?

I need to change the permissions of 'users awaiting email confirmation' group to cut down on spam, and there are going to be a lot of genuine members who find they cant make a post or start a thread.
