[Forum] Removing Spam Accounts

Hi,

Im sorry if this has already been posted, I had a scout around, but i couldn't find exactly what I was looking for.

I've had alot of problem with Spam accounts being created "Paydayloans" etc. I just wondered if there is a fast way to delete all these. I've been into the user account section. I search for them all, but them all I can do it delete them one by one. So i though of looking into pruneing. Nice idea, although it will only let me delete users that joined before a certain date not after.

What I do is list all those joined say in a month old with no posts and move them to deleted. Also, have restricted permissions and moderate new posts for newbies and promote them after say 5 posts where they get further rights such as signature etc.

Also vb org site there is stop forum spam hack which is very good.
