[CMS] Image links - CMS

OK guys Im feeling rather stupid here. I am finally getting to trying some stuff with the CMS. However every time an image is attached and posted to the article it shows up as a link instead of the actual image. Am I doing something wrong in the settings somewhere?

To emphisise, here is the problem

Go to the Admin Control Panel and go to Vbulletin CMS - Permissions, and make sure that the user account/usergroup you are using or want to have permission to view the image can "View Attachments", it will be a tick box - try this it may help.
