How to make "Upload a custom avatar!" link under the avatar itself !!

You can edit the postbit_legacy template to provide a link to the manage avatar page on your site.

Styles & Templates -> Style Manager. Press the <<>> button on the far right.

Scroll down to Postbit Templates, double click to open. Double click on postbit_legacy to edit that template.
