One question, why was there no feature added so you can pick which usergroup can see what tab or link?

I know you have the Show Permission Name which isn't clear and poorly documented to be honest, how much easier and more customer friendly would it have been to put a drop down menu with all the user groups you have which you can select and deselect.

Same goes for blocks on the right side for that matter.

I am used to better things from vbulletin.

While the navbar manager is anything but bad per se, I guess they are currently working on this . In the meantime you will find an excellent addon at vbulletin.org that, in combination with the original navbar manager will for sure cover all your needs.

That's my problem... It took me forever hunting around the different web sites to figure out how to get it to work they way I wanted... Still its not quite right either.

You create a thread calling a feature "a joke" because it doesnt have one small setting you want, and then you wonder why no one responds ?
