  • [Forum] Rebuild attachments

Lets say I had my .JPG attachments set to allow 500k, 1024x768 and now I want to change this.

The new setting would be 200k and 800x600.

Is there anyway to rebuild those attachments that have already been added so they use the new settings?

    Thanks!

I knew that re-sampled the image to make the new thumbnail but didn't realize it also re-sized the original image.

No, I don't believe there is a way to do this, at least not in the default software. You can try asking over at vBulletin.org if you'd like.

I explored this and there's not. The original attachment remains unchanged.
