Hello and thanks for looking at my post.

My site crashed after I loaded a new custom style and I cant get into the admincp login screen.

I just get a blank white page.

Can I reinstall vbulletin to its default settings and keep my existing database information

No, that's not how it works. I'd suggest making a support ticket with a full explanation of your problem and login details to the Admin CP and FTP so that we look into and fix the problems you are having.

As Matthew said, you might be better off opening a support-ticket.

This was resolved in the ticket system; the master style needed to be re-imported.
