I notice today when looking at a banned users profile in the vBAmin that my banned usergroup appears to still have some Browsing Options.

Where do I change the Browsing Options for all Banned users?

You can edit the permissions for the "Banned Users" usergroup, but of course it doesn't make any sense to give that group less permissions than the "Unregistered / Not Logged In" (guest) group because a user can always just log out.
