Whenever someone tries to report a post, server just seems to hang there and not respond at all. During this time, I can easily reload the AdminCP, but not any other part of the forum and strangely enough, if I open the forum through a different browser at the same time, it works perfectly fine!
With Litespeed I get connection timeout, while with Apache the page eventually loads (5 minutes or so) and reported post thread is created in the specified section, but no email notification is sent out to the moderation staff.

Never mind. Had changed server and forgot to change the email host.
