Is there any quick way to sort the thread prefixes in alphabetical order?
I currently have 80 prefixes, but they appear by order id.

No, there is not. I think you would need to modify the code to get them listed in alphabetical order. If you need help with that, the place to ask is over on vbulletin.org, the modification site.
