We've begun to notice on our site that some (not all) older titles disappear from the front page (pagination pages). Any ideas why this might be happening?

We are working on launching our Articles section but have found an error in the pagination. When viewing the Article list, clicking on the next page clears the screen. And it then says Page 1 of 1. Refreshing...Thu 11 Sep '14, 1:15pm
