[Forum] No Threads Are Found in the Cache.php

Any thread on my board won't open and instead gives me:

Fatal error: Class 'vB_Cache_Db' not found in [my site directory]/forums/vb/cache.php on line 128

And trying to create a new thread gives the same error. Any ideas on what this is or how to fix it guys?

Check to make sure that the vb/cache/db.php file exists on your server and is readable by PHP.

There is nothing in the cache folder. Should I reinstall or would that wipe the forums?

Just re-upload the vBulletin files for your version, except for install/install.php and includes/config.php. You can skip the images folder as well, just make sure you get all of the PHP files uploaded.
