We recently upgraded to the latest version 4.2.0 Patch Level 2 from 3.8.2
We now have several users complaining that they are unable to use the forum effectively. They were much more happier with the previous version. My experience is also on the similar lines.
Complaint from one of the long time user on our web site is as follows. Is there anything we can do about it?

And I respectfully still say you have a problem. It is not about the new look. I get that. Problems I have on a laptop, iPad, and on my desktop with 8 gigabytes of memory:
•scrolling is jerky--line by line trying to get back to the top of a page or thread.
•typing is delayed, meaning I've finished a word and the screen is way behind showing the letters.
•highlighting to select text is slow and jerky
•Windows computer and laptop pop up "High CPU Usage"
Auto-save is new and very frequent. Is that the culprit? Like 20 times since I started typing.
I do not ever have this problem on any website or message boards that use VBulletin. If I had a crappy computer, it would happen elsewhere. I can change now to another open Iexplorer window tab and scroll and type fine
It happens on 3 different devices I use. It is only on on your forum. Are there settings I can change that came on board with the new software. Do you have tech support with VBulletin?

I haven't been on your site in quite a while. Ithas a new look. BUT it is hogging CPU resources on my computer. It is so slow to type or scroll down. I re-booted and only have Internet Explorer open today. Still not usable in my opinion. Just thought I would give some feedback before I leave. It's not worth the bother when there are other sites that work well. How do I un-join??
