    [Forum] Member cannot report posts

I have a member in the Registered usergroup, has had no infractions or any other action taken against her, she's a very good member in good standing, yet when she tries to report a post she gets a "no permission" error. I've tested with a dummy account that has the same permissions, and no problem; and no one else has reported not being able to report posts. What would cause one particular member to have this problem?

Does she get the no permission error in all forums or certain ones?

She never said, but I'll find out, though it may take a while. But I did check her forum permissions, and they're the same in all of them.

Mind posting a site link? Is your style customized meaning is there there a off chance you running a older style in a newer version of vBulletin or other but a site link would help.

The dummy account you made has the same usergroups and everything?

Style customizations were done after upgrading to the 4.x series, and not by a third party. Not sure how that could affect one member and not others, though.

Further suggestions are welcome, if anyone can think of anything.

Do you use multiple usergroups? Make sure of them are not accidentally set as a Banned Usergroup.

None are set to banned. Except Banned of course.

I'm wondering if it's simply a cache/cookies issue for the user? She's the only one reporting it at this point.

@Lynne: Checked masks early on; everything looks fine there (none used for the user)

Think you can get her permission to login to her account and check the issue on it? Look for any Javascript errors or problems loading components.

Actually, I've already done that, too. No js or loading problems.
