[Forum] Getting 404, 500 Internal Server Error, and Database Error

At my forums that I've had installed and working since early January I'm receiving 404 error, 500 Internal Server Error, and Database Error and haven't had these until just today when I went to look at them. Nothing has been changed that I'm aware of.

Never mind? They seem to be working now but nothing was changed to fix it.
