[Forum] Mismatched files - found 4.2.0 Patch Level 2, expected 2.0.1 Patch Level 1

I'm going through all of the recommendations for dealing with the url123 hijack that my site has been exposed to. When checking for suspect file versions, the following is returned for blog files:

File version mismatch: found 4.2.0 Patch Level 2, expected 2.0.1 Patch Level 1

Is this critical?

You should delete the includes/md5_sums_vbblog.php file. This file was used for the blog addon for vB3, but is no longer being updated in vB4 (the blog md5s are now in md5_sums_vbulletin.php).
