[Forum] Forum Sidebar problem vBulletin 4.2

I have just installed a fresh 4.2 Publishing Suite.
I have enabled forum sidebar in admincp-->options-->Forum Sidebar and Block Options
Then i have created forum blocks in Forums and Moderators --- > forum blocks manager
Forum sidebar is not showing up

They won't display if there is nothing in forums to display

Try posting some threads in the forum(s) you've selected
