[Forum] insert image and insert video problem

this option is not working every thing is ok by admin cp

How exactly insert images & videos not working well for you? any browser errors? perhaps some options are disabled in your forum?

i have install some plugins afther the installation
insert image and video option don't working
and then i have disable all plugins but problem is still
now hpw can i fix this ?
