[Forum] How to enable groups

I'm working on a dev forum that I've upgraded to 4.2. I've never had Social Groups enabled but I'd like to give it a try and test it out. I have no clue how to enable Groups.

I've enabled all group options in the User Groups and gone through the Groups sub menu items in the Admin CP.

What's the URL? I've tried /groups.php (404 error) and /group.php (You don't have permission, etc. etc.)

I can't find anything in the 4.2 manual, nor has searching the forum helped me. I know it's something simple, but I'm just bumfuzzled.

It's /group.php.

Under Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> (Choose desired usergroup) -> Edit Usergroup

I'm having the same issue, everything is set to yes but I keep getting a no permission error?
